During the the Glass Lift development Margaret Davies and Kaye Welfare met with a range of senior managers, HR leads, learning and development and diversity and inclusion managers to test the idea of a membership based leadership programme for women. They also ran focus groups to seek feedback from professional women interested in the Glass Lift programme.

We’re confident that our programme is based on the best research and knowledge in this area, the real life experiences of women in business and the excellent feedback we’ve had from both men and women.
