ELEVATE: creating inclusive leadership
This year we are relaunching our ELEVATE leadership development programme. Our aim is to equip ALL aspiring senior leaders to lead effectively and inclusively, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or disability. We actively encourage diversity on our programmes, and can tailor ELEVATE to the specific needs of your organisation.
INTEGRATE: creating inclusive cultures
We continue to expand our INTEGRATE solutions, which helps leaders understand how an organisation’s culture, structure and processes hinder equality, diversity and inclusion. We undertake research to identify, recommend and implement tailored INTEGRATE solutions that create an environment where ALL people thrive.
COLLABORATE: creating inclusive cultures
Later this year we’ll be launching COLLABORATE, our new community of male and female influencers and change agents. The COLLABORATE community will work together to increase balanced and inclusive leadership.
