In a recent article in The Guardian Women in Leadership (Friday 20th June) by Emma Howard Boyd, a member of the 30% Club Steering Committee and chair of the 30% Club Investor Group. Ms Howd Boyd calls for aspirational and measurable targets for women at all levels in order to make real progress on diversity.
